ffective January 2020, AGP has been contracted by the Vista Pointe HOA, to provide security and control access to our community.It is important for all of us to remain vigilant, secure our homes, and report any suspicious activities to our guards at 818-222-4250 or call the Sheriff’s Department, 818-878-1809 immediately.
It is important to call 911 in case of all emergencies — do not call the AGP guard on-duty.
What, When and How
AGP has been directed to patrol our streets and issue citations in accordance with California Vehicle Code. Your board has made a conscious decision to enforce safety on our streets. You are encouraged to follow the vehicle codes and avoid being cited by an AGP officer.

It is important for every resident to announce their guests to the guard on duty for their quick processing. The guards have been instructed to refuse entry to unannounced guests if there are too many cars in the queue to enter into the community or if the guard cannot contact the resident on their primary telephone number.

Report your guests to our guards promptly to expedite their entry. It also very important to become familiar with rules governing parties in excess of 50 guests to avoid potential citations.
